You will be spoilt for choice with the numerous restaurants of Uzès, Nîmes and Avignon, and in the beautiful markets of Nîmes, Uzès and Saint-Quentin-La Poterie that are in the region. You will be delighted by the great diversity of regional products: olive oil, goat’s cheeses, olives, fruits (figs, cherries, strawberries, chestnuts), vegetables (asparagus and onions), truffles, clams, honey, Camargue salt, salt cod dish, “fougasse” flat bread, Nîmes pâté, and liquorice.
